Network of mobile technicians

We have a service network of mobile technicians in the Netherlands who make sure your Lumo Bike stays in perfect condition. The technicians provide the following services:

Preparation for first use

We believe that adjusting your fatbike to your needs and preparing it for first use and regular maintenance is crucial for an enjoyable and worry free experience. When we deliver your Lumo Bike, our technician will check and configure your bike according to the 50 point checklist. This will make sure you experience smooth riding.

First maintenance

After three months or 500 kilometer riding, we recommend a first checkup. We will inspect your Lumo bike according to our comprehensive checklist.

Follow up maintenance

For follow up maintenance, we will check your bike and make sure it is in pristine condition. We recommend to book a follow up maintance session every 12 months.

Warranty policy

Lumo Bikes warrants to the original owner of each of its Lumo motorbike, when purchased directly from Lumo Bikes, or an authorized retailer, that the Product is complete and that the functional parts will be free of defects for 12 months and under the terms indicated below.

Out of warranty repair

Unfortunately, we cannot prevent all issues with your bikes during regular maintenance. We offer 24/7 service at any location in the Netherlands via our network of mobile bike technicians.
